- Do not send the link to a check result page — it is private.
- Never send passwords, tokens or payment details: we never ask for them.
Requests about your data
Data added through the bot can be deleted by you: Settings → Privacy → “Delete my data”. Website data is deleted automatically (see Privacy). For anything else, write to support.
Questions about a fine itself
We are not the authority that issues fines. Questions about a specific ruling or payment are handled by the Albanian Road Police — see “Where to pay a fine” and “Already paid — what now?”.

No. We only show information and do not represent drivers.
Why is the reply not immediate?
