About Gjoba Alert
Gjoba Alert is an independent information service. It helps drivers, tourists and renters of rental cars find active unpaid traffic fines in Albania by license plate.

What we do
- We show active unpaid fines for a license plate when they can be found in the available records.
- The check is free, needs no account and is limited to 3 checks per day.
- Telegram auto-monitoring alerts you to new fines.
- We explain how to pay a fine and what an article code in a fine means.
What we do not do
- We do not take payments and do not pay fines on your behalf.
- We are not affiliated with Policia e Shtetit or the e-Albania portal and are not a government service.
- We do not issue official certificates: a result is reference information at the time of the check.
Where the data comes from
Fine status data comes from the Albanian Road Police system. A result shows fines registered there as unpaid at the time of the check.
A “no fines” result is not a final answer: new records may appear later. If a check cannot be completed reliably, we never show “no fines”.
How we treat data
We keep the minimum needed to run the service and use no advertising or analytics. See the Privacy page for details.
